mBitPay operates as an Independent Sales Organization (ISO). Our core function is to onboard prospective merchants and refer them to our curated ecosystem of payment processing partners, which include banks, Merchant Service Providers (MSPs), and Payment Service Providers (PSPs).

Aside from our referral services, we offer the merchants access to our co-branded payment orchestration platforms. This software solution helps businesses monitor all their payment processes. It is available to clients as an add-on to other services, thus incurring an extra charge.

As we have stated in our Terms of Service, mBitPay does not offer payment processing, merchant accounts, or other financial services directly, p ayments processing facilitate and referral services are handled through third parties. mBitPay is not, and shall not be treated as, a representative or agent of any financial institution or payment partner in our network.

All final agreements, service contracts, payment agreements, and compliance with relevant local, national, and international laws becomes the sole responsibility of the merchant and their selected financial institution or payment service.
